The personal data we collect, if you are client will include an e-mail address, full contact details, you age only to ensure you comply with the age race requirements, emergency contact details, sizing for overalls and anything relevant to the contract and legitimate business interests to be able to provide the services to clients. If you have agreed to set up a direct debit arrangement, the information you have given to us is passed to our own bank for processing according to our instructions..
We are registered under the direct debit guarantee scheme. This provides for the customer’s bank to refund disputed payments without question, pending further investigation. Direct debits can only be set up for payments to beneficiaries that are approved “originators” of direct debits.
