We will refer to FF Corse Ltd as (‘Company’, “us”, “we”, or “our”) which operates https://www.ffcorse.com “the Site”.
The user of our Site and other business or personal contacts that we deal with as customers or suppliers are referred to as ‘you’ or ‘your’.
This Policy explains what happens to any personal data that you provide, or that is collected from you as part of our usual business, marketing and/or accessing our Site.
The majority of the data that we collect and store will be business data relating to the customer that we are dealing with. However, as part of our business and marketing processes we will be collecting and using limited personal data to include customers names, email addresses, addresses and mobile phone numbers (where applicable).
We use your such personal information only for providing you with quotes, our services and to ensure that we keep in touch with our customer base with targeted emails and marketing content. We are aware that customers and suppliers will also be accessing our website and that by accessing the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.
2. Information we Collect
The personal data we collect, if you are client will include an e-mail address, full contact details, you age only to ensure you comply with the age race requirements, emergency contact details, sizing for overalls and anything relevant to the contract and legitimate business interests to be able to provide the services to clients. As a prospective client or third party contact we will hold contact details including your name and email address.

Your domain name and e-mail address are recognised by our servers and the pages that you visit may be recorded
We shall not under any circumstances divulge your e-mail address to any person who is not an employee or contractor of ours and who does not need to know, either generally or specifically.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to provide you with our services.
We will also use your information in the following ways:
- To provide you with the services and news which you request.
- To provide you with billing information in relation to our Company.
- To carry out our obligations arising from contracts entered into between you and us.
- To notify you about changes to our Company.
- In a collective way not referable to any particular individual, for the purpose of quality control and improvement of our site.
Financial information
If you have agreed to set up a direct debit arrangement, the information you have given to us is passed to our own bank for processing according to our instructions..
We are registered under the direct debit guarantee scheme. This provides for the customer’s bank to refund disputed payments without question, pending further investigation. Direct debits can only be set up for payments to beneficiaries that are approved “originators” of direct debits. In order to be approved, these beneficiaries are subjected to careful vetting procedures. Once approved, they are required to give indemnity guarantees through their banks.
4. The Right to deletion and correction
We try to ensure we have the correct Personal Information on you. You have the right to ask us for a copy of the information supplied by you that we hold. However, if this involves a request for deletion of your file, please be aware that we may not be required or able to do so, particularly where your file also holds information about our clients or financial information that we need to keep for periods of up to six years, i.e. that relate to tax matters. Other than as set out in this Policy, we shall NOT sell or disclose your personal data to third parties, unless this is necessary to carry out the contract with you and as part of our legitimate business interests to ensure you details are completed prior to races, transport and /or suppliers.
